My journey from cultural anthropology and research to creative leadership uniquely equipped me to gather and translate data and insights into meaningful, actionable concepts that drive exceptional customer experiences. 

It takes a team to create these experiences and I’m passionate about building, growing and mentoring creatives — from designers to content strategists, product managers to developers, copywriters to strategists. I believe in investing in people and creating highly collaborative working models grounded in empathy, but focused on scalability and efficiency.
